On December 21, we went to my Aunt and Uncle's house in Herriman to celebrate with the Collings family for Christmas. It was so fun to see everyone and enjoy some GREAT food. Everyone was really surprised that I was still out and doing things since my due date was quickly approaching. But I would rather be out than just sitting at home. My cousin Jared and his wife Sadie announced that they are expecting their first baby in July. He was so giddy about it all and it was so fun to hear him talk about seeing their little tiny baby on ultrasound for the first time.

Of course, we spent Christmas at home just in case our little baby decided to make an appearance. Looking back at it all, we probably could have traveled a little bit, but it was really nice to be home. The girls opened their new pj's on Christmas Eve and then it was off to bed while Mr. and Mrs. Claus did some wrapping and painting. Christmas morning was really relaxed and we just enjoyed opening presents without rushing to be somewhere.

On Saturday, December 27th, Steve, my mom, and Tamara came down to celebrate Christmas and open presents with us and have a delayed Christmas dinner. Steve had surgery on the 16th to replace both his knees so he was getting cabin fever just a little bit and had to get out and have a little change of scenery. But we had to continually remind the girls to be careful around Grandpa's knees. It was nice to have Christmas at our house and be the entertainers/hosts for once.
