C is for Cookie

I had intended to make shamrock shaped cookies for St. Patrick's Day.  The dough was all ready but it just didn't happen.  No problem.  We just made spring cookies the next day and decorated them for family night.  The kids had so much fun.  I promise that Micah was there too.  He was a little snitch grabbing cookies off the counter that had just been frosted.
